IBD Life Coach

Hi! I’m the IBD Life Coach.

My name is Tiffany Maurer. I was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s disease at 8 years old. I struggled throughout my childhood and college years to find some semblance of a normal life. Gradually, I started making small changes that eventually made a huge difference in the quality of my life. Over time, those changes allowed me to go into medication-free remission. Now I use my own experience to help others improve the quality of their lives. Schedule your complimentary 30-min consultation and start healing from the inside out!

Childhood Crohn’s Diagnosis

Being diagnosed with Crohn’s as a child made life very difficult. Feeling like I had no one to talk to made that struggle so much harder than it needed to be.

Food Journal

A food journal is a great tool for IBD warriors wanting to figure out what they can eat…and what to avoid. FREE food journal template included.

Why I Became The IBD Life Coach

Today, I’m so grateful for my disease and the constant struggles it has brought into my life. I’m stronger than Crohn’s disease and it took going through hell for me to realize that for myself. Now I use what I have learned through the many hardships and tough lessons I’ve experienced throughout my life to help others find a way out of the darkness.

Tiffany is great! She’s helpful and listens well. She def gives me hope with my Crohn’s dx. There’s a lot I need to do from my end still but hoping that she can continue to have ideas and be an encouragement.

A.D.

Let’s thrive together.
